Sivabalah Nadarajah obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Malaya (1983) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. His practice areas include trade dispute, collective bargaining, contracts of service, employment issues, industrial actions, judicial review, law on dismissals, mergers & acquisitions, occupational health & safety, reorganisation & retrenchment, statutory benefits, trade disputes and union recognition. Mr. Sivabalah has extensive appearances in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court and the then Supreme Court, principally in judicial review applications and appeal. He is a member of the Malaysian Bar.
