Teresa Huang is a partner at Lee, Tsai & Partner and is licensed to practice law in both Taiwan and Mainland China.
She has extensive experience in advising multinational corporations on various legal issues concerning M&A laws, securities laws, corporate laws, personal data protection, biotechnology law and general legal affairs. Teresa has also assisted multinational companies on their domain name disputes and investment disputes in international arbitrations. Her experience has strengthened her specialization in Corporate Investment, Merger & Acquisition, General Corporate Law, Consumer Protection, Labor and Employment Law, Medical and Pharmaceutical Law, and General Civil Law.
Teresa received her LL.B and LL.M from Taiwan National University and furthered her study and received her LL.M from Harvard Law School.
